Search

There are multiple ways to search in Cityworks. This section covers all the search options you find in Cityworks. Many search fields allow you to select multiple items using <Ctrl + click> or <Shift + click>. There are also many fields that include a null option that allows you to search that field for null values.

NOTE: As of 15.8.2 and newer, the following search fields will filter based on the organization you are currently using: Type, Subtype, Task Code, Department Code, Division Code, Result Code, Result Display, Hearing Type, Discipline Code, Fee Code, Deposit Code, Tender Type, Violation Type, Role Code, Condition Code, and Contractor Type.
