Flags Panel Fields

  • Flag: Click Lookup for Flags to open a selection window. Select the flag and click Submit.
  • Severity: This field determines the affect the flag will have on the case.
  • Case: This prohibits any updates to a case until the flag is removed.
  • Case Stop: This prevents any further case activity until the flag is resolved. This flag may be added by any inspector. Note that this severity level only works with Land Objects.
  • Condition: This prevents a case's status from changing to a specific status code based on the condition(s) associated with the flag in PLL Admin.
  • Discipline: This indicates that the contractor or trade professional assigned to the task does not have a current license or has not filed the necessary paperwork. Work on the task or in the discipline cannot continue until the flag is resolved; however, work may continue in other areas of the project not impacted by the licensing issue.
  • Flag: This is purely an informative flag and does not limit activity on a case.
  • Inspection: This indicates that work has continued when it should have waited for an inspection.
  • Landlock: This only comes in the review stage of a case. It indicates that a piece of land does not have the necessary access (public, fire, police, sewage, etc.). The case may not proceed until sufficient access is approved and put in place.
  • Viewstop: This hides the case from all users except those listed in the view list as defined in PLL Admin.
  • Filter records: Click to quickly filter the list of fields in the panel.
  • Completed By: This is who completed the flag.
  • Date Completed: This is the date the flag is completed.
  • Notes: Enter any additional information concerning the flag.
