Task Panel Fields

Tasks are actions or work that needs to be done.

  • Task Code: This is the unique identifier representing the task. To add a task, click Lookup for Task Code next to the field. The option buttons at the top of the PLL task Lookup window allow you to select by a task or task group. Select the task or task group and click Submit.
  • Department Code: This field identifies the department the task is assigned to. Click Lookup for Department to open a selection window. Select the Department Code and click Submit.
  • Division Code: This field identifies the division the task is assigned to. Click Lookup for Division to open a selection window. Select the Division Code and click Submit.
  • Assigned To: Select the employee assigned to the task. Click Lookup for Responsible User Id to open a selection window. Select the desired Login ID and click Submit.
  • Task Available Date: This populates with the date on which the task becomes available. This field cannot be changed.
  • Target Start Date: Use the calendar icon to select the date on which the task is estimated to begin.
  • Due/Scheduled: Use the calendar icon to select the estimated date when the task is completed.
  • Actual Start Date: Use the calendar icon to select the date the task begins.
  • Actual End Date: Use the calendar icon to select the date the task is completed.
  • Unit: This allows you to specify a location by entering a unit number.
  • Location Notes: This allows you to specify a location by entering notes about the exact location of the case.
  • Result Code : Use the drop-down list to identify the result of the task. The result codes available in the drop-down list vary, depending on the case type.
  • Task Complete Date: Use the calendar icon to select the date on which the task is completed.
  • Task Complete By: Use the Lookup icon to select the login ID of the employee who marked the task as complete.
  • Hearing Type: Use Lookup for Hearing Type to select a hearing type. In the selection window, select the Hearing Type and click Submit.
  • Discipline Code: This code identifies the type of work needed to complete the task. Click Lookup for Discipline to open a selection window. Select the Discipline Code and click Submit.
  • Lead Days: Not currently in use.
  • Reschedule After Days : Not currently in use.
  • Work Units: Not currently in use.
