1. Select the record(s) and click Edit record on the Flags panel.

The Edit Flags panel opens.

NOTE: If you selected more than one flag, you can switch between the flags by selecting the one you want to view on the upper-left of the panel, or by using the arrows at the bottom of the panel.

2. Click the Lookup icon to the right of the Completed By field to select an employee.

• Select the option button next to the employee you wish to add.
• Click Submit.

3. Use the calendar icon or double-click in the field to select the Date Completed.
4. Click Save.

The completion date appears in the Completed column.

NOTE: Once a flag is completed, it cannot be edited.

1. Select the record(s) and click Complete in the upper-right corner of the Flags panel.

The Completed By field automatically populates with the user's login ID. This may be changed by deleting the login in the field, and clicking the Lookup icon to select a different employee.

The Date field automatically populates with the current date, but can be changed using the calendar icon.

2. Click Save.

The completion date appears in the Completed column.

NOTE: Once a flag is completed, it cannot be edited.
