Schedule An Inspection

Inspections may only be scheduled when the corresponding task becomes available in the workflow and when the case status for the case is configured to allow inspections to be scheduled.

PREREQUISITES:

  • A task type of Inspection needs to be available. See Complete a Task to mark tasks as complete and make the next tasks available.
  • A case's status may need to be a specific status in order to schedule inspections; ask your administrator for more details. If you have administrator rights, see Configure Required Items on a Case Template in the PLL Admin Office Companion 23 Guide for more information.
