Print Reports

You can print reports associated to a case or a task. If the PLL administrator has associated reports to the case template, they appear on the Main panel of the summary page.

PREREQUISITES:
  1. Select a report from the drop-down list next to Print Selected Report at the bottom of the Main panel.

NOTE: Any reports associated to the case type, by the administrator, appear in the list.

  1. Click Print Selected Report.

This opens the Report Viewer allowing you to review the information on the report before printing.

  1. Click Print this report.

  1. Perform a search in Task Manager. See Search for Tasks for more information on performing a search.

  1. Click the task you want to print reports for.

  1. Click Details at the bottom of the panel.

  1. Select a report from the Print Crystal Report drop-down list.

  1. Click the print icon.

This opens the Report Viewer allowing you to review the information on the report before printing.

  1. Click Print this report.
