1. Select the record(s) and click Edit record on the Violations panel.

The Edit Violations panel opens.

NOTE: If you selected more than one violation, you can switch between the violations by selecting the one you want to view on the left-hand side of the panel, or by using the arrows at the bottom of the panel.

2. Click the Lookup icon to select an employee for the Completed By field.

3. Select the option next to the role code you wish to add.
4. Click Submit.

5. Use the calendar icon or double-tap in the field to enter the Date Completed.
6. Click Save.

The completion date appears in the Completed column.

NOTE: Once a violation has been completed, it cannot be edited.

1. Select the record(s) and click Complete in the upper-right corner of the Violations panel.

The Completed By field automatically populates with the user's login ID. This may be changed by deleting the login and clicking the Lookup icon to select a different employee.

The Date field automatically populates with the current date, but can be changed using the calendar icon.

2. Click Save.

The completion date appears in the Completed column.

NOTE: Once a violation has been completed, the violation cannot be edited.
