In the intake sequence, select an asset from the map to load the location data in the Add Address panel. This includes information such as the X and Y coordinates of the address. Use the map tools to select assets from the map.

1. Once an asset or assets have been selected and saved in the Results panel, clickSelect Assets from Map to the right of the Asset Type field in the Add Address panel.

NOTE: If the Location field on the Main panel is empty and a user adds a geolocated address in the Add Address panel, the Location field is populated on the Main panel when the case is saved.

2. Click Save at the bottom of the intake page to automatically load location data from the asset(s) selected on the map.

NOTE: This feature works when land object tables are configured.

1. Click Select Address from Land Tables to the right of the ObjectId field to open the Address Query panel. This feature only works when the land object tables are configured.

2. Enter the search information and click Search.

3. Select the check box(es) next to the address(es) you want associated with the case.
4. Click Submit.

The address information populates in the fields.

If you selected more than one address, you can switch between the addresses by selecting the one you want to view on the left-hand side of the panel, or by using the arrows at the bottom of the panel.

NOTE: If you are adding address(es) from the summary page, you need to click Save to add the address(es) to the case.

NOTE: This feature works when land object tables are configured.

1. On the Address panel, click the New Address link to the right of the ObjectId field.

NOTE: On the summary page, the ObjectId field is named Parcel.

This opens a Create New window to add a land object to the database.

NOTE: If you are adding address(es) from the summary page, you need to click Save to add the address(es) to the case.
