1. Find the correction item you want to complete, and click the Status drop-down list to choose a result for the correction, such as if it passes or fails or is approved or should be resubmitted. The result codes available in the drop-down list vary depending on the correction.

Once a status is selected, the Complete By and Complete Date fields automatically populate with the current user's login ID and the current date for the correction task. A success message opens.

NOTE: If you want to select a specific user's ID or completion date, select the Complete By and Complete Date before selecting the Status.

1. In the Corrections window, click Apply Defaults. This applies the default status to all of the correction tasks in the list. The status is set to each correction based on the default results for the status group the correction task is a part of. Correction tasks that already have a status or the status group does not have a default status are not updated when Apply Defaults is used.

Once the status is applied, the Complete By and Complete Date fields automatically populate with the current user's login ID and the current date for all of the correction tasks listed. A success message opens.
